Impact:
The reinvestments are determined by the budget that is approved. This varies each year due to the amount of dollars that area available. Over the long term, the measure has shown fluctuations, with performance often below the target of 35. While Q4-FY24 briefly met expectations with a value of 50, subsequent quarters have struggled, with Q1 and Q2 of FY26 notably low at 22 and 12 respectively. These persistent shortfalls may point to structural challenges in planning or resource allocation affecting the City's quality of life initiatives. Understanding these trends over time could help identify systemic issues impacting performance.
