Below Plan Percentage of Public Art Master Plan Completed

Description:

The City of Germantown is committed to offering and developing an array of public art experiences and commissions artists through a variety of media and scales to celebrate the people, history and spirit of Germantown. 

 

 
Analysis:

Strategies are broken into short, medium and long term tiers. Collectively, the plan is ambitious and will require public support and funding through strong leadership to accomplish all of the goals. The short term goals and strategies of the Public Art Master Plan are on track to be complete at the end of Q4 FY24.

On Target Customer Satisfaction with Quality of Life Amenities

Description:

Administration is responsible for coordination and dissemination of information that is communicated to the Public. The Chief Communications Officer is responsible the Communications Plan development and implementation to City Staff. The community survey is the method in which we measure the Customer satisfaction.

 
Analysis:

This is the aggregate QoL measure from the survey.

  • 2023 Survey respondents were asked how satisfied they are living in Germantown. Ninety percent responded being very or somewhat satisfied.
  • In the 2018 survey, 97 percent said that Germantown was an excellent or a good place to live.

 

* The City did not administer a Community Survey in FY19, FY20, FY21 and FY22. A community survey will be conducted during the 2nd quarter of FY25.
